Good People who enjoy what they do

A little uncoordinated in some business areas

Usually other employees are nice and easy to work with.

Management does not keep their word and will offer FALSE PROMISES, just build you up to use you and toss you to the curb when they are done with you!!! Micromanagement. Safety hazards everywhere. Air quality and pollutants… trust issues… most of the management do not know the industry of manufacturing boats or working with fiberglass etc.
