- Flexible hours - other than CEO, team is amazing! - teams are open to new ideas/creativity
Cons
-Absolute chaos from management -CEO does not respect employees (makes inappropriate comments) -overworked, underpaid -direction of company changes daily -no strategy whatsoever -prepare for messages/requests after hours (especially friday nights after 8pm)
