Pros
It is a lower stress role for a sales position. The owners are very nice people and respect the work/life balance. They do not micro-manage and I worked with some really great people.
Cons
They are a smaller company, and like many smaller companies if a few big accounts are lost then they have to make massive layoffs. There are also some employees that are on the executive team that do not seem to add any value, and a lot of internal people do not even understand what the point of them being there is.
