Pros

- The people I got to work with were amazing - The free lunch was a nice perk - Head of Wellbeing and Head of Hygge went above and beyond to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for all employees - Flexibility to work from wherever we wanted was also a game-changer and helped maintain a healthy work-life balance

Cons

If you're looking for a place to hangout and pretend you're working, this is the spot for you! But if you're looking for a place to actually work and grow professionally, you might want to look elsewhere. The management team talks a big game about their values, but their actions speak louder than words and let's just say they don't align. They lied and kept secrets about the financial situation, and if they had just been upfront, we could have all secured jobs elsewhere in the meantime. And don't be fooled by the talk of their "experience from Google," because it seems that experience doesn't translate to actual work getting done. And let's not forget about the low pay, I couldn't even afford to get a proper gadget to work with. All in all, not the best place to work, but it's a great place to learn how NOT to run a business.

Pros

The caliber of talent at Worksome is extremely high and the culture is amazing! I've learned so much during my time at Worksome and it's been a true privilege to work with all the great people. From a professional perspective, it's been really exciting to bring innovation to the contingent workforce industry, where Worksome is generally consider a #1 front runner.

Cons

News flash: It's a startup. And working at a startup will always be a rollercoaster-like experience - I enjoyed every second of the ride, but it's not for the faint of heart.

Pros

Startup culture..to an extent. Share all ideas with us, we appreciate it. But not to the extent it seems you're saying our product is bad .

Cons

NOT open door policy. Same ol office politics as in a big corporate office
