Great space euth fun people to work with. Exposure to great entrepreneurs that could potentially be beneficial for career growth.

Salary not great. They lack support in understanding individual personal circumstances. Return on investment is more important than the welfare of an employee ( in my experience) which in turn makes an organization seem toxic.

Great team culture, beautiful working environments

Challenging hours, demand on weekend.
