Pros
there are just cons of working here
Cons
Firstly, you want to stay in a company for a long term this is not the place for you. You will be kicked out during your probation itself if you voice out your opinion or go against the "management" (if there is anything as such that exists in the company) No transparency and even within some 8-9 people in the company there is so much of politics When you ask them during interview what is the size of the team they will say 10-15 when the reality is a single digit number Expectations will not be communicated and will be told to you the day you are fired If you are well educated and have a stand for yourself people will look down upon you and term you as arrogant You will not be appreciated or acknowledged instead the credit is always taken by someone The company is a joke and will spoil your reputation and experience of 4-5 years
