Overtime available, laid back environment, not a micromanage company and you are able to drive your own productivity.

I notice this company likes to drink a lot and don’t really have a policy of drinking on the job. Alcohol is sitting in the break room for months and they have a open keg up stairs. Employees are not the most professional and have had arguments in the office and at office parties. A few employees have Strong personality and would benefit from better interpersonal skills.
