Pros
I cannot think of any pros, it was that bad. The only positive experience I ever had was from the gratitude I got from some of my clients, and their genuine sadness when I told them I was leaving as I had improved their lives. The company itself had nothing positive about it.
Cons
You're told that showing creativity, innovation and initiative will get you places. Not long after I started there, I started working directly with the CEO on a large business bid in Saudi Arabia. I was promised rapid career advancement, a management position and many other things. The bid was successful thanks to my Arabic language skills (no one else in the firm could have done my job) but in the end I was passed over for the job I had been promised. I left not long after, especially as I started receiving racist abuse from other staff members that management did very little to prevent.
