This is a modern company with a casual dress code and a fun corporate environment. They value work-life balance and work with your schedule when it becomes necessary. They have a continuous learning initiative where we take time to learn new skills and then report on those skills in front of the department. They demand the best but you know they value each employee.

This is a small company, so opportunities for advancement are rare and salaries are relatively static.

Monday - Friday schedule. Nice offices. Most of the managers are kind and understanding. I feel like they really try to set themselves apart from the competition and it gives me pride in my company and work.

The company is a little top heavy/ mircomangenty (if that is a word). it is hard to get a raise and or move up in the company. They will hire you with what seems like clearly defined job duties but you are often given task outside of that. Completely thankless job. You can do something right 10000 times, but if you do one thing wrong they will notice. (that is kind of the standard in the industry though). Just protect yourself by doing the work and always having a way to prove it. The blame game happens all the time and if you are a collector like me you get blamed all the time. The biggest con by far is that you are forced to work in a program that barely works when it is working and they wont fix it.
