You matter, your work is appreciated, there is no micromanagement

Grants don't always get approved and you can lose your job or be furloughed.

Everyone was willing to assist and teach new staff. Very family oriented and enjoyable. Everyone had a good work ethic and helped each other out.

Pay was low. It did not match with the cost of living. Caseloads were high.
