Pros

- Great coworkers who genuinely care about their work - Decent benefits and PTO - Opportunities to learn and take on diverse tasks if you’re proactive

Cons

- Leadership lacks transparency, and policies are applied inconsistently - Full-time office mandate started in 2025, unless you live over 50 miles away or it benefits leadership - “Collaboration” is often the justification for the office mandate, but there’s little done to actually foster it - High turnover and low morale makes it hard to stay engaged - Feedback is rarely acted on, and promotion opportunities are limited unless you’re part of the inner circle

Pros

Benefits were not bad. Customers were great to interact with. Solid product in the market.

Cons

- Top leadership does not see the toxicity of their middle management & directors. - If you bring up concerns within a department that need addressing, you're labeled as a problem and very clearly targeted. - If you aren't a part of the "clique" you aren't going to succeed. Any feedback provided for improvement will be disregarded. -They don't have the right people in the right positions to grow successfully. The talent isn't being utilized correctly, resulting in poor implementation of systems and projects taking much longer to cross the finish line (if they get there). The protection of employees due to being "family" or "long-time friends" is very obvious and reducing the impact of those relationships has been negligible. -Employees often worked on personal projects such as their wedding invites or local event flyers during work hours, then put in paid OT to get their actual work done, or delayed the finishing of work related materials due to the personal projects and would push blame on others. -It was often complimented when an employee with poor time management skills worked until midnight to complete work, rather than addressing the root of the problem.
