During our recent all hands meeting our CEO discussed our increased focus on efficiency, enhanced product strategy, and a focus on delivery and performance (WorkRamp 2.0). The intention was to set the tone for Q4, certainly not to push anyone out. As always, we encourage anyone that may have questions or concerns about our organizational direction to speak to leadership. It seems as if there is miscommunication regarding promotions and merit increases as well. Our promotion cycle will coincide with performance reviews in early 2023 and there will be opportunities for compensation increases as well as career development. We will also launch our career pathing and role based competencies in early 2023, offering employees better insight into how best to map out their individual development plans for career growth.
Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention so we may address them and ensure that our communication is clear. We value each WorkRamper and want to ensure that each one of us is aligned to our vision and mission.
