      Pros

      The pros are: competitive pay, timely paychecks, expenses are always handled quickly and efficiently. I would recommend anyone to work there.

      Cons

      This is a contract company so there is no human resources support. Also there are some perks to being a full-time employee that being a contract employee doesn't carry.

      Pros

      I like working at Work4ce. The owner allows you to do your work without any kind of micromanaging but if you need him, he's always available. He's also flexible and understanding of personal life things that come up. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      You wear many hats, which usually is great because you have a variety of different things to do but during busy times, it becomes a little overwhelming.
