Pros

International work environment and customers which is not very common for a small Italian company

Cons

The company is run in a top-down, owner-centric way, with decisions made without a real strategic vision. No benefits are offered, salaries are very low and there are no real opportunities for career growth except if it’s your first work experience. Management is selected based on personal relationships with the founders rather than merit, which undermines both efficiency and company culture.

We believe in fair and competitive pay, and we continuously review compensation to stay aligned with market trends and individual performance. Career development: All of our team members have advanced into leadership roles based on merit, not proximity to the founders. While it’s true that we’ve also valued trust and continuity in key roles, we’re committed to offering real growth opportunities, especially as our organization matures. Culture and management: We take concerns about favoritism seriously. We’re actively working on building a culture rooted in transparency, fairness, and accountability. We’re proud of the international nature of our work and the opportunities it creates—something that remains unique among companies of our size.
