Pros

Cons
-Upper management does not respect employees. Doesn't listen to employee ideas and quick to anger.
-No overtime or banked hour pay (and the hours are often pretty long)
-Bad communication between different teams
-Not much room for growth/promotion. Employees often asked/pushed take on additional tasks without a promotion or compensation.
-Low salary with very slow growth
-Nearly impossible to get a raise
