Pros

great team of people to work with, lovely regular customers

Cons

having to carry service managers work load as well as my own, severly underpaid compaired to manager when the only difference is job title, lack of support from upper management, no negotiation when introducing new contracts, just here it is!! you cant change it, so you might as well just sign it!! low morale due to staff cuts to compensate for overpaid managers who do not work half as hard as Team Members.
