The work environment at Woolpert continues to enhance by the advances of technology to create efficiency and ease of use for our employees. Although those advances will take time as we move through the implementation process of a new ERP we expect this new technology to support our growth.

Pros

Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

Cons

A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.
