Pros
The staff can become like family. Overall, the company is very flexible with schedules and willing to work with you about your needs such as unexpected absences and early pay. It is easy to work your way up in the org.
Cons
Low pay but always added responsibilities. The set up is very siloed. The doctors only treat their own staff the best and everyone else is treated like they are disposable. Dr. Hays is extremely rude and quick to berate staff. C-suite does nothing to stop him from mistreating staff. There are no company events to boost morale other than potlucks and your christmas bonus depends solely on which doctor you work for even though they are all in the practice. There is favoritism within the organization and it's clear to see. Many unqualified people get promoted due to being favorites and you will find a few hardworkers doing most of the work.
