Pros
Depending on which department you work in, you may work with fantastic, supportive people. That was my experience, but I've heard that's not the case across the board. Health benefits are pretty good.
Cons
Typical, old-school corporate culture, with the "this is how we've always done things" mindset, so processes are convoluted and outdated. Departments are short-staffed to save money, causing some people to work extremely unreasonable hours (from 8am til 11pm or midnight in some cases--no overtime). Also a refusal to give employees the option to work from home (pre- and post-Covid). Yes, some concessions were made in the last couple years -- e.g., flex time -- but in 2021, that's the most basic of benefits compared to other modern companies. All of this leads to extremely high turnover.
