      Good environment. Great transparency between management and engineering teams. Lots of activities, outings, hackathons, conferences. Employees get time and budget for trainings, certifications and courses. Communications all in english. Work from home.

      The people really make it this place. For the most part, people jump in and help. Everyone puts the customers first. Has really transformed itself and is positioning itself for growth.

      Lack of leadership and a clear vision on a global level from Corp. office in Europe has been challenging and fractured.
