Pros
The projects focus on public service. This is the biggest draw. You don't feel disgusted when you complete your day, you believe you are helping. Some leaders here are amazing and have curated fantastic teams. The people are helpful and pleasant for the most part. Once, we had amazing company culture and work life balance, but that has been drained.
Cons
Executive Creative Leadership comes off as dismissive, even with other directors. This is so disrespectful and gives primadonna vibes. Funny thing is no one has seen anything produced by this person, not even feedback, but they are running an entire department? How? There is no one we could even report this to unfortunately, it is from the top and allowed. HR is non-existent, and I mean that in an almost literal sense. It is a long running joke and consistent statement across all levels of Wondros. I honestly have no idea how they make money. There is a lot of work given away in hopes that we land the job or get valuable information from working them. It always comes back to bite us, but do we learn? No. They burn money and refuse to organize themselves. Those that try to help, burn out. Not built to last, I don't have a hopeful outlook for this company. It doesn't appear to be sustainable or built for longevity, if you stay long enough, you will see this. They rely on small projects and behave in a desperate ‘pick me’ fashion, overextending their employees and low balling their own offers.
