Pros
It is a team-based environment and employees who are also self-motivated and driven tend to excel in this workplace. Management can be flexible as long as you maintain good performance. Input and ideas from employees are welcome. Before COVID-19, there were opportunities to travel for work as well.
Cons
Might need to transfer a few times if travelling by transit. Expansive product range so a bit of a learning curve if unfamiliar.
