Pay was limited based on what the client wanted to pay for the particular department for which I worked; however, the pay provided me a livable wage and not too low.

Management was attentive to needs of employees.

When it came to advancement/promotions, good luck. They pretty much already had a decision on who they wanted next. Superiority had no factor in the decision making. I've been in the same position since 2005 with two companies. Always went for a promotion when it became available and always turned down. I'm a hard worker, always on time, never tries to leave early like some other employees. Even after the interview, they couldn't tell me what was wrong. I gathered they wanted operations to continue and not delay because someone needed training. Nakuuruq Solutions and Wolverine Services suck.
