Always cutting costs which results in lack of job security

I can't thing of any.

Poor pay. Poor management. No chance of progression. Staff benefits taken since Fosun come on board. Certainly not 'one pack'. All benefits and perks given to certain departments with no equality for others. Fosun have torn away any family feel in the Company. Senior leadership team don't give a monkeys about anyone but themselves. Toxic culture with no real care for the employer. So glad I got out!
