Pros
I had the most awesome opportunity to start my career as a designer at Wolfpack Digital through an internship. Immediately I fell in love with the team and company culture and felt motivated to grow. For me, Wolfpack brought structure, opportunities for development (personal and professional), fun team mates and nice projects that give challenges while allowing creative freedom. While there are many benefits, I think the most important one is the way we work as a team and always look forward to improve. From my personal experience, each individual matters in the team and directly affects the outcome of the projects which gives enough motivation to strike for the best. With challenges also come benefits such as fun team activities, team buildings, nice merch and so on.
Cons
You must continually grow, since the company strikes towards premium. That's not necessarily a con, but if you're not looking to invest yourself into something so much, you might want to be aware of this aspect.
