Pros
No positive points as they have never shown positive attitude towards their employees. Very small scale company with employee size 10-20. Not even good company compare to startup and these company is comparing themselves with MNC.
Cons
1) no work life balance as there are no fixed Saturday Sunday off. 2) Even if you work on Sunday or extend your work schedule there is no comp-off provided. 3) When it comes to appraisal they give childish reason that performance is poor and force you to leave the company. 4) No work ethics 5) No coding standards 6) all positive reviews for this company has put by their family members and those who licks their shoes.
