      Pros

      Strong onboarding with lots of well-produced training and enablement available on demand. Corporate culture driven by colleagues who seem genuinely enthusiastic about being here, a product that is genuinely differentiated, and a market opportunity that is genuinely exciting. All in all, a breath of fresh air.

      Cons

      Hiring/People growth is slightly outpacing Process growth, but nothing that makes life too difficult. Lots of unknowns about life as a Google company.

      Pros

      Wiz has the best recruiting and onboarding team ever! The culture is incredibly collaborative and welcoming. Moreover, the branding team here has done at amazing job at making Wiz's strong value prop really stand out, so it's truly a coveted place to work.

      Cons

      Like most startups, Wiz moves at the speed of light. This may not be the right fit for many, but for those who thrive under change, this is an excellent place to work!
