Pros
The company provides good technology for its employees and maintains a caring HR staff.
Cons
The company harps on being an ESOP; however, I worked there for several years and was sorely mislead about the money I would be receiving upon leaving. There's not much mobility depending on what your role is within the company. I experienced weak leadership and burnout due to monotonous work with a weird team dynamic.
