Pros

I have never been treated so kindly and trained with such patience and persistence as I have with this company. Some of the customers are difficult to deal with but you get that in any CS job. Great place to work.

Cons

The company is growing in leaps and bounds thanks to government grants but is having to leave some customers behind or on the backburner due to the pandemic and network upgrades that would have been put off for years for other projects but required a change of scheduling to get the network up to speed with current demands for service. This isn't Wisper's fault, but try explaining that to a customer... It's a hard sell. My only wish is that the economy reopens soon so that email servers and legacy networks can be fully updated.

Pros

Employees are given many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. The leadership team truly cares for the employees.

Cons

Decisions are often over-turned or reversed which makes it challenging for teams to be confident in what is being worked on. The phrase 'if everything is a priority, then nothing is a priority' is often said and very relevant.

Pros

Some great co-workers and decent flexibility.

Cons

Too many managers hired in from outside sources. No home grown talent. Too many leadership positions with hands in the pot, you’ll never accomplish anything because by the time a project can get underway the goalposts have moved. This company lives off government FCC grants, without them they’d have closed shop a long time ago. Pay is very poor.
