Dear current employee, I wanted to reach out and first, thank you for taking the time to share feedback and thoughts about the business. Obviously you’re concerned with the trajectory of the Company and how we’re progressing. First, I’d like to note that many of your financial concerns are not valid and while we’re still a growing business and need to be more efficient and effective as we develop our company, we do have the financial footing to be successful. I also agree that, like most companies that are developing technology and growing, we need to change and evolve, as quickly as possible. We are making our products better for our customers. We need to constantly improve the way we execute to deliver better results, not only on our product, but for our customers, and for our team as well.
