Pros
Good pay, good company with lots of queer people. Tons of moveup opportunities. Was literally perfect until the company went public and stockholders ruined it. Benefits were amazing, you could call out as much as you wanted as long as you had the pto -- which was 7.8 pto and 4 sick hours per pay period. So you got lots and could take mental health days literally anytime with no one judging you.
Cons
Now that stock is public, the new big ones in charge have decided that this job is just a waste of money. They cut spending on the location, food, meetings, and you. Theres no more salary raises or considerations, and theyre ACTIVELY squeezing your role and making it panic-attack inducingly stressful to try to get you to leave so they can replace you with cheap outsourced labor from india who ISNT qualified to do a job this f*cking crazy and specific. Get in and move up fast, but good luck because as good as your teamleads will be to you, the stockholders will always have a new unrealistic demand that is literally impossible to achieve and will suck your soul out. As another example, we used to be able to do upwards of 30+ cases in an HOUR perfectly. When I left, they f*cked our tooling so bad with cheaper options that the best anyone could possibly do was 2 an hour. This company has some SERIOUS communication and production problems. Literally don't know how they f*cked it up so bad. Thank f*cking god for the leads.
