Not much room to move up in company Leadership from the district managers is next to none District managers do not back up employees when their is a patient concern District managers have their select few of favorites and If you are not apart of that group then they treat the other associates like crap District managers do not listen to concern of employees District managers talk down to the managers and employees Gossiping in the company is horrible and upper management does nothing about it.
