Pros
Co-workers and managers are both lenient and friendly. The job itself isn’t demanding even when the store gets busy. It’s very straight forward and you get used to how things work within a week or so.
Cons
The pay as a store rep isn’t exactly that appealing. The base salary is abysmal and if you don’t meet a certain number of activations your commission check suffers by a lot too.
