Pros
pro - You will have very less work to do, if you want a Govt job kind of job; where no work is there and you get a decent salary, then it is the place. - Good for manager level employees. No one cares for your management skill. Just somehow maintain margin in your project. - Open and transparent policies. You will have access to all the HR and company policies, which helps you.
Cons
- You need to be in the project for 1.5 years before you can change into another project. This may stuck up you with an opposite kind of job, because no-one cares about your best skill. - You need to be favorite of your senior to get something, like onsite opportunity. Your performance does not matter. - Seniors does not care about your preference of location, even though the ODC is available at your city of choice. You need to switch the job. - Work hour is 9.5 = 8 working hour + 1 hr launch + 30 mins for Tea, which seems ridiculous at least for me, as I take hardly 30 mins for lunch and 15 min to Tea. And worst is that your manager will poke you for short hour attendance but will not say a word for overstay.
