Cons
Poor empolyee allocations, strategy split between offshore model of one FTE direct assignment per client and U.S. one FT to many, has not resolved cultural differences, does not compenate or reward good employees, no incentive for exemplary work, slow in implementing a Merit System and changes it's implenentation each year, does not keep promises of maintains commitments to employees, little or no annual salary increases, promotions or advanements usually performed as a latteral movement with no compensation, punishes all employees (even and especially those who consistently go "above and beyond") when the sales team fails to meet a goal or when a client abandons Wipro due to poor customer service and failure to meet client expectations.
