Terrible - Assistant Manager Wingstop Employee Review

Terribly, terribly shady management and business practices. A disgusting amount of favoritism. Lots of things that regular employees would get fired for on their first offense, upper management would do the same actions and will sweep their favorite employees’ actions under the rug. They expect you to do the work of 3 people as a regular employee, and they offer little to no training whatsoever. Many regular employees are poorly trained. Also, where I live we aren’t allowed breaks. Have fun working for over 8 hours without having any sort of break. No essential benefits are offered by Wingstop either. I could go on and on. Avoid working for Wingstop like the plague if you don’t want to be micromanaged, be used as a pawn for the DMs, and be overworked.
