Pros
-Lunch is provided twice a week -Company is in good shape financially -Corporate office team members are generally good people -Pay is competitive and giving shares to managers is an unusual but nice benefit
Cons
-Leadership does whatever investors & consultants tell them to do -An insane amount of turnover in the c-suite. You will cycle through one or two of "Michael's Team" members every year -Work/life balance is highly, highly dependent on your team -Resources go to whichever team is the flavor of the month -You will be going into the office four days a week even though the "Chief People Officer" and other team members are not based in Dallas and get to work remotely -A decent amount of your coworkers will be fired or quit within a year of joining
