      Pros

      Past supervisors and the clients we've come across to, have been quite flexible regarding our schedules so that we can work most effectively. The ambient is quite exciting for startups and freelancers.

      Cons

      The company does not offer the benefits or compensation established by law (at least in Mexico) even though the salaries are quite above minimum wage. Micromanaging is another issue to work on.

      You are paid for your work.

      Cons

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
