      Pros

      Only one thing- There is one guy who will teach you on technical aspects if you are stuck with any IT tools/technologies while working on any requirement

      Cons

      Behavior with employees not good No Policies Late comers (even 5 mins 3 times in a month) 're being punished by salary deduction Management are the beginner to this field
