We had a incredible team with the talent and motivation building a great product, despite a lack of a clear plan. Until the e-commerce company got acquired, the team was building great solutions it just felt we have a moving target.
Cons
Despite the talent and motivated team, the product goals were never clear. The Minimal Viable Product scope was always in flux.
