Pros
Brilliant people who are willing to work hard and undertake new, challenging projects. Collaborative culture -- colleagues are happy to help each other out.
Cons
Management is unable to choose priorities. People are stretched too thin, trying to do too much with too few resources. No diversity in management. Two (count 'em, 2!) of the top 55 executives are women; zero are black. Alternative viewpoints are not heard. Too many plans are decided within a tiny insular inner circle, so some really stupid ideas are implemented -- with a dysfunctional recent reorg as exhibit #1.
