Pros

No pressure work. Many parties and young people ambiance. Flexible schedule when support or trading, even without remote. Good bonus (not all times) Many nationalities

Cons

Some services have 0 remote work without reason even for people with a lot of time at the company. Micromanagement Good work is not recognised. Credit done by the owners is only for their entourage, never for standard salary. Yearly raises are given by feeling of the owners regardless of objectives or whatever. People with access to remote work should go every Monday and Thursday to office so remote but not too much. Night work.

L’équipe trading, comme l’équipe support clients, ainsi que d’autres équipes, a la chance d’être multiculturelle (équipes espagnole, allemande, portugaise) ce qui est une vraie chance pour notre entreprise. En effet, cela permet une meilleure créativité, un échange de perspective, une meilleure adaptabilité… Concernant les conditions de travail dans l'équipe trading, cela est bien précisé lors du processus de recrutement pour que vous ayez bien connaissance de toutes les informations.

Increase your skills in a very performant and technical environment. Very good work atmosphere in a 100 persons company. Very nice place to work in the centre of Paris.

Some organization and follow up issues taht could be improved.
