I have been doing this so long I never thought about the 26 additional days that the other Store Manager mentioned but it is true and messed up District Managers are corporate lackeys who are heartless megalomaniacs. They have no true power and it makes them angry. If you get one mad you will be bullied and miserable The company is not positioned well with its hourly pay structure and nobody who can fix this cares at all. Retail workers are underpaid and our employee owners are at the bottom of that list Senior management ignores the plight of the stores and sticks to tradition basically thumbing their noses in the face of mounting operational adversity
