Do not have a company car, phone, or expense card. You may not get that many leads and you will either have get them on your own or you will just have to figure out how to work a great contact with fluctuations, so you can still be able to do your other things in this situation, Further, training pay is not enough unfortunately as well. Last, if you do not have at least 2 years of experience in in-home light construction project estimating/workflow and another 2 in just construction or roofing workflow, then things will turn problematic down the road. issues may turn up.
