There are two parts of the company, the internal support team and contract employees. While there are good opportunities in contract work, the internal team has many issues. The company has a very bad culture of creating high expectations with no direction from leadership. However, those who go outside their job description and work 60-80 hour weeks get put on a pedestal, and everyone gets compared against them. The last element would be integrity from leadership. They went against their word on promising commissions for the deal support teams after we had won opportunities.
