Pros

Company environment and values are amazing, other employees are very supportive and always ready to help. Management team understands their workforce needs and supports open communication, as well provides the feedback that helps to improve the performance and efficiency. There are opportunities for financial, recruitment and marketing interns to gain valuable work experience.

Cons

Fast paced environment, so if you do not feel comfortable with it, it does not work out for you

Pros

Working from home 2 times a week

Cons

No such thing as work life balance, sales are always on you daily thinking you are incompetent and cant get your job done. management puts on a fake act to care about your well being when truly its about the $$$$$$$$$. Worked in this dept for years and would never use them as a service if I was looking for a job.

None what so ever. Would never ever use.

Cons

They will be excited about your skill set, send you on an interview, then you never hear from them again. After leaving several messages and e-mails no response. If you decide to deal with them try not to use Megan Sell.
