Wilson County has great faculty, staff and kids.
Cons
They don't value their faculty or staff. EA's start out at $9.50 an hour and don't get a raise for 4 years. The last EA raise was 4 years ago to raise the starting pay to $9.50 an hour from $7.25. The school board won't even talk about raises for the teachers (who are severely underpaid and under appreciated too) let alone for EA's
