I think that any person who says positive things here is either lying or faking it. There is absolutely no positivity here.
Cons
In one word, working here was a terrible mistake. The work was boring and repetitive. My job was basically to do cold calling, listen to rudeness, and tolerate disrespectful behavior. I don't think it can be anyone's dream job. The attitude of my colleagues was also horrible. These fake people lied blatantly about having my back, but did a poor job of showing commitment when I actually needed help. I couldn't trust anyone here. I communicated very little with others. Their pay seemed like an embarrassing joke. Employees were supposed to put everything into the job, only to be paid a very low amount. It didn't make up for the daily struggles. They need to increase it ASAP.
