Management tended to drive employee with authority and job insecurity instead of empowerment. 4. Below average salary. 5. Promoting unhealthy "hustle" culture, couldn't feel they care about mental wellness, resulted in high turn over rate. 6. 4 weeks notice prior resignation is too long.
