Cons
**Compensation looks good until you do the math.
**Absent management.without direction or feedback for extended periods. Because I have nearly a decade of experience, I helped keep the ship afloat. A less seasoned designer would have been left completely adrift.
**The double standard was demoralizing.
**Creative contribution was not welcomed.
